Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. A cot for children up to 2 years is free of charge.

Cleanliness

Multiple guests explicitly noted rooms were clean and well maintained, with some reviews calling the hotel 'very clean' and 'clean and quiet. '

Service

Staff repeatedly described as helpful, kind and flexible (concierge praised, 'staff were amazing').

Location

Consistently and strongly praised: perfect old-town/harbour location, highly walkable and with stunning views from the balconies.

Room Quality

Many complaints about small, old rooms and extremely tiny bathrooms; some rooms feel dated and cramped.

Amenities

Mixed: parking is difficult or far, pedestrian-zone access complicates car use, and no/on-request breakfast noted; basic amenities otherwise functional.

Lucia hotel is located in the heart of the Venetian port of Chania. Most rooms overlook the Venetian Harbour and the Venetian lighthouse. Nearby are ancient and modern monuments and numerous entertainment options. Part of the hotel is Tamam, one of the best restaurants in Crete. The first beach is 800 meters away.
