Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Several reviewers praised the cleanliness («la propreté»); one noted dog poop at the entrance, but overall cleanliness was reported positively.

Service

Multiple reports of rude, uncaring staff: cancelled reservations, locked doors, laughing at guests and unhelpful responses — service is a clear negative.

Location

Consistently noted as exceptional and close to amenities; several reviewers listed location as a main positive.

Room Quality

Mixed feedback: some called it a cozy 'petit nid douillet', while others reported cramped rooms and a worn mattress.

Amenities

Limited mentions: missing coffee creamer and no free morning coffee, and poor internet reported — otherwise amenities were not extensively detailed.

Value for Money

Strongly negative: several guests were denied confirmed bookings or faced large last-minute price increases after a reported hack — very poor value.
