Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. A cot for children up to 2 years is free of charge.

Cleanliness

Mixed but notable negatives: several guests reported cleanliness issues (shower not properly cleaned, hair found) and one Arabic cons explicitly listed 'النظافه' as a problem, though others described facilities as clean.

Service

Strongly positive: multiple reviews praise staff as super helpful, marvellous, 'au petit soin' and very friendly/attentive.

Location

Consistently excellent: repeatedly described as very close to station/centre/main street and a perfect spot for Chamonix activities.

Room Quality

Generally comfortable but mixed: rooms described as compact/basic by some, with small bathrooms and noise issues from corridors or proximity to street for certain rooms; balconies and nice views noted.

Amenities

Very positive: spa, swimming pool, hammam and related facilities are frequently praised (spa complex and pool described as fantastic), though some minor comments about whirlpool size/functionality.
