Service

Multiple comments praise friendly, helpful front desk staff, warm welcome (fresh cookies) and professional service; few small lapses (had to request sheets).

Location

Excellent for Bell Rock/trails and local shops; a bit removed from Sedona center and requires a car/taxi (no shuttle/limited ride options).

Room Quality

Rooms/studios described as beautiful, comfortable, well furnished with good beds, full kitchen in some units and nice views.

Amenities

Good amenities: pool, jacuzzi, gym and towels available; some issues reported (no elevator to second level, coffee machine not working).

Value for Money

Generally seen as good value, but several guests complained about additional fees (parking fee ~ $10/day, large refundable deposit for cards) affecting perceived value.
